Our approach

We approach each research project with an open mind. We design each project individually to take account of relevant market and client conditions.

We are able to draw upon a wide range of tried and tested research methodologies, but are also continually developing innovative approaches that best address a specific project or task.

Generally, our research approach follows the four stages of 1.Getting started, 2.Defining the scope, 3.Getting in close, and 4.Delivering the research results.

1. Getting started

Getting started involves defining the research purpose, research objectives and decision-making process of the market research problems and opportunities. Also, we carefully consider how the research outcomes will be used by the client.

In conjunction with our client’s own expertise, our experience and skill is available to examine underlying causes, investigate the marketing issues and to arrive at a clearly developed research purpose
